Frequently asked questions
1. What happens if my order is not complete or is delayed? If you receive part of your order, then the product(s) that were not delivered are currently out of stock. Equally, if you placed an order with one item and haven’t received the order, the product ordered were probably not on stock. On the product page, products that are not on stock will appear with a red square to indicate ”temporarily unavailable“. As soon as our stock has been refilled, the product(s) will be sent to you without extra delivery charge.
2. What are the delivery costs? The delivery costs per 1st of september 2008 are:

3. What is the delivery time?
bv Koninklijke van Kempen & Begeer will delivery with speed. Within the Netherlands deliveries will arrive within 5 working days after we received the payment in most cases.

4. How and when does the pakket arrive?
The Netherlands: When you are not at home, you will find a note in the mailbox that TNT has tried to deliver the package. TNT will try to delivery a second time. If on the second try they don't reach anyone at home, they will leave a not that you can pick up the pakket at the nearest post office with address of the post office and pick up date and time.

Countries outside of the EU:
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 5. What do I need to do if when I unpack my order, I find something wrong with the product or if it no longer functions properly within the warranty period/conditions?If you need to return a product that is still under warranty, please adhere to the following procedure: 1. Send an e-mail to service@royalvkb.com and attach a picture of the product. Please mention your order nr. (You can find it on the top right corner on your digital receipt), the article number and the date of purchase or send the original receipt in the mail. 2. You will receive an answer about your complaint by e-mail.
6. What does "Coupon Discount" on the Checkout screen mean?
If you have received a discount coupon or a Royal VKB discount code, enter it here in order to receive your discount. If you encounter any problems with a discount code, please email service@royalvkb.com.
7. What is the warranty period? Since 2002, the warranty period for products within the European Union has been fixed at two years. This means that Royal VKB grants a warranty for material and construction defects for two years following your purchase of the product. Defects that result from an accident, misuse or normal wear and tear through daily use are excluded from this warranty.
8. In which stores can I buy Royal VKB products outside of the Netherlands?
You can find our distributors outside of the Netherlands via the Royal VKB website, then click on " Where to Buy". The addresses or websites you find there can be of help in finding a selling point in a specific country.
